Our generation! Sometimes a straight No, is better than an empty promise.

As children of this generation, we face unimaginable struggles in our pursuit of success. The harsh reality is that we must hustle relentlessly, often to the point of exhaustion, to turn our dreams into reality. We suffer in silence, as if we have no one to turn to, no family to support us.

We toil tirelessly, our sweat and tears watering the soil of our dreams, yet the very people we trust to nurture our growth instead crush our spirits with empty promises. The pain of disappointment pierces our souls like a dagger, leaving scars that never fully heal. We’re told to “wait” and “have faith,” but the waiting game is a never-ending cycle of despair.

I write from personal experience, having faced similar challenges. Writing brings me joy, but the obstacles I encounter make it difficult to pursue my passion. My ultimate dream is to work with renowned animation studios like Disney or DreamWorks, but this goal seems as elusive as climbing Mount Everest without support.

Oh, the agony of watching our dreams slip away, like sand between our fingers! The anguish of being held back by the very hands that should be pushing us forward! We’re the children of this generation, born with the spirit of resilience, but even our unyielding determination cannot withstand the relentless onslaught of broken promises.

This cycle of unfulfilled promises is a significant contributor to poverty across the world. Our talents and creativity are hindered by the lack of genuine guidance and support. We are left feeling wounded and disillusioned, our trust betrayed by those we rely on.

I implore those in positions of influence to provide honest and tangible support. A simple 'no' or guidance on an alternative path would be more valuable than empty promises. Let us learn from our mistakes and find our own way, rather than being held back by false hope.

Poverty is a human construct, and it's up to us to break free from its shackles. Let us support each other in our pursuits, celebrate our successes, and learn from our failures. Together, we can create a brighter future for ourselves and generations to come.

As children of this generation, we are resilient, talented, and eager to learn and work. Let us rise above the challenges that hinder us and forge our own paths to success.
